Do you have a physical store?
No, Conectusshop operates exclusively online.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes. We ship to most English-speaking and international regions. Shipping options will appear at checkout based on your location.

How long does delivery take?
• Processing time: 1 to 3 business days.
• Delivery time: 5 to 12 business days.
You will receive a tracking code once your order has been dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay depending on the device.

Can I pay on delivery?
No, all payments must be completed online.

Can I change my order or address?
Changes can only be made before the order is processed. Contact us as soon as possible at:

After dispatch, no changes can be made.

Can I add items to an existing order?
No. If you want additional products, please place a new order.

Where do the products ship from?
We work with logistics centers in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Orders are shipped from the warehouse closest or most efficient to your location.

I only received part of my order
This is normal if your items come from different warehouses. You will receive separate tracking codes.

Returns and warranty
You have 7 days for dissatisfaction returns and 30 days for manufacturer defects.
