At Conectusshop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.

Timeframes

• Dissatisfaction with the product may be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• Factory defects may be reported within 30 calendar days of delivery.

For visible damage such as scratches, broken parts, missing pieces, or cracks, you must notify us within the first 24 hours by sending photos or a short video showing the condition of the product and its packaging.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused.
• It must be returned in its original packaging.
• All accessories must be included.
• Returns will not be accepted if the product has been modified or altered.

Options after inspection

• Exchange for another available product.
• Refund of the product value.

Shipping costs are non-refundable when the correct product has been delivered in good condition.

Warranty

All products come with a 30-day warranty starting from the date of delivery.
To activate the warranty, send clear photos or a short video showing the defect, along with the original packaging.

The warranty does not cover

• Damage caused after delivery.
• Damage caused by water or moisture.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Incorrect use of accessories.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Drops, impacts, or resistance tests not recommended.
